DIGITAL MARKETING COORDINATOR

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Our Loyalty business continues to grow and as a result we’re looking to add another Digital Marketing Coordinator to our Team. This position reports directly to the Digital Account Manager and will act as the day to day contact for our Loyalty clients, and internal teams to support the operations of our Loyalty Solution.

In this role, you will support the execution of all loyalty operational activities. This includes coordinating loyalty promotions, communications and marketing campaigns. As the key contact to internal stakeholders you will be responsible for maintaining the marketing calendar of customer engagement activities including planning, implementation and success measurement of promotions to ensure our client’s business objectives are represented and achieved. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support the management of the end-to-end loyalty promotion process including activity set up, drafting, documentation execution, and all related testing

  • Support all promotional and creative initiatives for the loyalty program and act as the liaison between the internal art department and loyalty program to see said initiatives through to completion

  • Manage and respond to all Customer Service inquiries and support emails related to the loyalty platform
  • Process all invoices and match against associated loyalty program budget
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Post-Secondary education in the field of Business Administration and/or Marketing, with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Hands on experience supporting and executing promotional initiatives
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills

GAME PLANNER

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to join our Game Planning Team! As a Game Planner, you will oversee the development of all technical printing and manufacturing aspects of the Lottery’s games—from initial design concept through to the finished product. In addition, this role ensures that all designs, specifications, layouts and communications are consistent from department to department as the ticket moves through the various stages of the production process and that quality is maintained throughout.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Review incoming ticket designs and ensure visual design is compatible with manufacturing criteria (printability) and the production plan meets security requirements
  • Analyze game requirements ensuring the most efficient and cost-effective production methods are considered to produce tickets
  • Effectively facilitate the flow of games and art between all internal groups and in some cases customers, ensuring all information is communicated accurately
  • Ensure accurate post-printing specifications are entered into online specification system
  • Communicate issues regarding production from Manufacturing to Marketing and work with all parties to come to a resolution
  • Ensure production schedule timelines are met in accordance to PBL print quality standards and customer requirements
  • Create various forms of documentation to produce tickets such as wireframes, customer design templates and layouts
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Post-Secondary education; as a Graphic and Print Technician would be preferred
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience within the print/pre-press industry
  • Strong time management and organization skills, with the ability to effectively manage projects
  • Highly proficient with MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat with a minimum of 35 WPM typing speed

MANAGER, PAYROLL & BENEFITS

The successful incumbent will be responsible for standardizing departmental processes, developing and maintaining policies & procedures and ensuring best practices and systems are utilized within the department, and for providing day-to-day leadership to the Payroll & Benefits team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensure accuracy of US and Canadian payroll databases
  • Ensure compliance with tax, benefits, and other regulators as required (Pension and Medical governing bodies, Workers Comp, FMLA, COBRA, HIPAA, DOL, ACA etc.)
  • Oversee Company-wide benefits including return to work, medical benefits, disability, life insurance, costing and recommendation for changes for benefits including during union contract negotiations, etc.
  • Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure accuracy of payroll and benefits processing
  • Act as backup during staff Vacation and other short-term leaves
  • Stay current with trends and practices of best-in-class companies and make recommendations accordingly
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Related post-secondary education with a minimum of five (5) experience managing a Payroll and Benefits department
  • Experience with both Canadian and US Payroll/Benefits
  • Experience leading and developing a team
  • Solid understanding of payroll and timekeeping systems (ADP and Kronos an asset)

SERVICE DESK - SUPERVISOR

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We’re looking for an experienced IT Professional to join our IT Services team in the role of Service Desk, Supervisor. The primary focus of this role will be supervising, mentoring and supporting the Service Desk employees with first level IT support for staff throughout the company, ensuring that top quality service levels are achieved. In addition, the Service Desk, Supervisor will be responsible for managing, administering and continuing to build and improve upon the IT Service Management Tool (ServiceNow).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide daily supervision to a Team of Desktop Support Analysts; which includes: performance reviews, ongoing performance management, wage recommendations, time and attendance management, hiring, and disciplinary action
  • Lead and motivate a team of Desktop Support Analysts, to ensure the delivery of best in class technical customer service
  • Provide data and reporting of key performance indicators and trends to IT department and others in ad-hoc, weekly, monthly and as needed
  • Measure, monitor and work to drive down incident levels
  • Ensure the Service Desk is responsive to incidents and requests to minimize impact on internal clients
  • Identify and implement improvements to the Service Desk processes
  • Manage critical internal customer incidents and any appropriate escalations
  • Assist staff in incident and problem resolution ensuring best practice processes/procedures are used

SECURITY OFFICER – PERMANENT CASUAL

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are currently recruiting for casual Security Officers (4) for permanent casual employment. Hours of work will include Saturday and/or Sunday from 5:30 am to 5:30 pm or 5:30 pm to 5:30 am and on call as required to cover vacations and/or leaves – both scheduled and not scheduled.

As a member of Corporate Security, the successful candidate will be responsible for enforcing policies and procedures relative to the safety and security of company property and personnel, monitoring building entrances and exits as well as building grounds, reporting violations, fire, accident, theft and vandalism and assisting with the various day to day security issues for the Winnipeg plant.

NOTE: Training to take place over the course of 3 weeks and will require full-time commitment. Shifts following the successful completion of training will be permanent, casual shifts, averaging 12 hours bi-weekly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Monitor building entrances and exits, conduct regular and lengthy security check patrols and respond to security and safety incidents
  • Ensure all security processes are followed and integrity is maintained
  • View and document activity of security tapes/key scans, issue daily security logs and security reports
  • Respond to questions, enquires and resolve problems regarding security related issues
  • Maintain employee access to security and key scan systems (i.e. issue employee badges, deactivate employee access, issue PIN numbers, etc.)
  • Assist in security risk evaluations
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with other staff members and ensure a safe & secure work environment
  • Participate as Duty Officer and other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Completion of High School or general education degree (GED)
  • Education or previous experience as a Law Enforcement or Security Officer or other related security employment is an asset
  • Knowledge of CCTV, card access systems and applicable laws and regulations related to security services is an asset
  • Must possess a Manitoba Security Guard License
  • Must have or be able to obtain a Standard First Aid Certificate, basic CPR Certificate

Programmer Analyst

Working in a highly-secure environment, our Game Development department is fast-paced, team-oriented and offers valuable mentoring opportunities with the brightest leaders in the business. Work with a variety of clients on a wide range of diverse short-term projects and build your skill set through algorithm development, random number generators, statistical data analysis, internal auditing and game generation.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

This role offers a unique technical opportunity to work within a talented software project team. As a member of our Game Generation Department, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating software programs to generate random data for scratch tickets and for the development of complex applications for the production of high security lottery products. There are currently two openings available for this position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and test game applications/scripts to program lottery ticket games that meet customer and game specification requirements and delivery deadlines
  • Analyze data generated by software to ensure accurate randomization of data to meet all security requirements
  • Ensure all new software development has its own architecture while fitting into the departments overall software architecture
  • Ensure programs and Game Gen support applications remain in an operational state; maintain base codes and process bug fixes
  • Create technical game documentation
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience
