INSIGHTS ANALYST

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Due to the continued growth and increased demand within our Market Research & Insights group we’re looking to add an Insights Analyst to the Team! Reporting to the Senior Manager, Market Research, this position is responsible for analyzing data from various sources to generate actionable insights and strategies to help our Lottery customers around the world grow sales. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Folder Operator – 2 VACANCIES

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Pollard Banknote Limited is seeking two Folder Operators to join our growing manufacturing team! This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a well-established, reputable, leading company in the print and lottery industry.

The Folder Operator will specialize in the operation of the inline perf/die folder station supporting the Inline Press. This role ensures optimal equipment performance through proper set-up, operation and preventative maintenance of the flying splice, perforation, slitting and folding equipment to meet all production targets, quality and integrity standards.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity and requires individuals available and willing to work flexible shifts. The primary shift will be 12-hours, three days a week - Tuesday to Thursday days or nights. Training will be provided.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Set-up and operate the flying splice, perforation, slitting and folding equipment to process instant tickets printed on the Inline Press in a manner that meets production targets, maximizes uptime and minimizes waste
  • Read, understand and follow detailed game specifications and ensure products are processed accordingly
  • Conduct in-process testing and quality inspections, communicating print quality issues to Inline Press Lead Operator
  • Keep equipment and work area clean and organized
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and troubleshoot perforating and folding issues
  • Guide the work of an assistant as needed; effectively communicate all relevant game-status details and equipment operation details

PRESS ASSISTANT – 2 VACANCIES

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Pollard Banknote Limited is seeking two Press Assistants to join our growing manufacturing team! This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a well-established, reputable, leading company in the print and lottery industry.

This role will primarily work as assistant to the Inline Folder Operator and provide support with operation of inline perf/die folder station used in the production of lottery tickets. In addition, the Press Assistant is required to work in a variety of different areas within the pressroom as needed.

PRICING / BUSINESS ANALYST

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We’re looking for a financially savvy professional with strong analytical skills to join our Team! This position is responsible for developing business analytics, pricing, and manufacturing cost estimates for all PBL companies including partnerships, internal and external clients, and other stakeholders. Additionally, the Pricing/Business Analyst will perform systematic data analysis and provide estimates for all Pollard Banknote clients for both ad hoc and formal RFP requests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Working on RFP Projects with respect to pricing, business modeling and estimating, engaging with external and internal suppliers, formal price response preparation, and submission of contractually binding documentation
  • Collects and analyzes market pricing data for various levels of internal customers and key external stakeholders
  • Develops business case studies including manufacturing cost estimates and pricing to support various processes and project owners
  • Administers pricing for all new and existing customers by maintaining accurate and timely contractual pricing, and ensuring contractual compliance for all pricing updates, adjustments, and extensions
  • Prepares estimates and related analytical requests for various levels of internal customers and key external stakeholders
  • Develops ERP system (DiMS) pricing and data entry, ensuring contractual compliance with all existing and new contracts, as well as contractual pricing updates and contract rollovers

QUALIFICATIONS:

The Cost Accountant’s focus is to analyze and monitor our Ypsilanti Michigan plant performance as it relates to product costing, cost savings, and inventory and production management. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work closely with manufacturing to deliver management reports to improve decision-making including product cost reports, monthly and year-to-date summary cost reporting

  • Analyze variances between actual and standard costs by product to understand why variances exist and identify process improvements
