FOLDER OPERATOR

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently seeking a permanent, full time Folder Operator to join the manufacturing team with Pollard Banknote. The Folder Operator will specialize in the operation of the inline perf/die folder station supporting the Inline Press. This role ensures optimal equipment performance through proper set-up, operation and preventative maintenance of the flying splice, perforation, slitting and folding equipment to meet all production targets, quality and integrity standards.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity and requires individuals available and willing to work flexible shifts. This opportunity will be a Wednesday to Friday night shift from 7PM to 7AM. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set-up and operate the flying splice, perforation, slitting and folding equipment to process instant tickets printed on the Inline and Comco Presses in a manner that meets production targets, maximizes uptime and minimizes waste
  • Read, understand and follow detailed game specifications and ensure products are processed accordingly
  • Conduct in-process testing and quality inspections, communicating print quality issues to Inline Press and Comco Operator (if relevant)
  • Keep equipment and work area clean and organized
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and troubleshoot perforating and folding issues

PRESS ASSISTANT

We are currently seeking a full time permanent Press Assistant to join our Manufacturing Team. The Press Assistant is required to work in a variety of different areas within the pressroom and on a number of different presses and equipment, as required.

LAB TECHNICIAN

THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re currently looking for two Lab Technicians that will report into our Lab Manager. The Lab Technician is responsible for ensuring ticket security for clients through rigorous and reliable testing to provide precise and accurate reports on product security conformance according to company and customer specifications.

NOTE: Shifts will be a combination of 12-hour days and nights. The schedule rotates from days to nights, approximately every two months.

Key Responsibilities:

MAKE READY TECHNICIAN – MANUFACTURING SUPPORT

THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a Make Ready Technician to join our Manufacturing Team for the summer! As a Make Ready Technician, you will assist in the make ready process by maintaining equipment, supplying critical press components essential for the operation of the presses and assisting production processes related to the manufacturing of lottery tickets.

SHIFT : Either Sunday to Tuesday nights or Wednesday to Friday nights. Every 2nd Saturday night will be a part of either shift.

  • Clean, assemble and maintain critical press components ensuring availability at the press
  • Clean, maintain, repair ink management equipment (pumps, buckets, lids, drum lid lifts, ink filters, etc.)

  • Crosstrain on equipment and related processes to provide relief during staffing shortages

INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICIAN

THE OPPORTUNITY

Working within our two automated print production facilities, this permanent full-time position is responsible for providing electrical maintenance support on a variety of print production equipment and building systems to support day to day operations of the plant. This includes performing preventative maintenance tasks, diagnostic and troubleshooting services, responding to emergency breakdowns and completing accurate work order data entry/documentation. This position at times may also perform project work on an as needed basis for new installations and customizations on existing equipment to improve manufacturing efficiencies.

The position requires an individual who is able to meet the requirements for physical demanding work, is flexible to work various shifts and available for overtime and/or on call duty as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure proper performance and operation of machinery and mechanical equipment for production
  • Minimize production downtime by completing preventive maintenance inspections, planned work orders and responding to breakdowns and emergency repairs in an expedited and efficient manner

PROJECT MANAGER

We’re looking for a driven, results-oriented Project Manager to join our growing Project Management Office for a full-time permanent position. In this role, you will be responsible for leading teams to deliver complex projects that span across one or more departments, often including external partnerships with vendors and suppliers as well as customer-facing projects.

As a Project Manager, using agile and/or traditional project management methodologies, you will be ensuring scope is documented and well understood between the project team and all stakeholders, be accountable to the project sponsor to deliver frequent status updates and all other project methodology deliverables. BUSINESS ANALYST

We’re looking for a self-motivated and passionate individual to join the fast-paced environment as a Business Analyst with Pollard Banknote. INDUSTRIAL MECHANIC

THE OPPORTUNITY

Working within our two automated print production facilities, this permanent full-time position is responsible for providing mechanical maintenance support on a variety of print production equipment and building systems to support day to day operations of the plant. This includes performing preventative maintenance tasks, diagnostic and troubleshooting services, responding to emergency breakdowns and completing accurate work order data entry/documentation. This position at times may also perform project work on an as needed basis for new installations and customizations on existing equipment to improve manufacturing efficiencies.

The position requires an individual who is able to meet the requirements for physical demanding work, is flexible to work various shifts and available for overtime and/or on call duty as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure proper performance and operation of machinery and mechanical equipment for production
  • Minimize production downtime by completing preventive maintenance inspections, planned work orders and responding to breakdowns and emergency repairs in an expedited and efficient manner
